Role Description The Production Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur Tehsil. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet output and quality targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, implementing standard operating procedures, maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production

Executive will track production metrics, address operational issues, and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. The role also requires documentation of production data, reporting deviations, and supporting audits and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively coordinate and control manufacturing operations.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology to support safe, efficient, and compliant food-related production processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and company standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production, or related fields.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or healthcare-related production environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in an on-site manufacturing setup, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be an advantage.
