Hiring: Oracle BRM Developer – Specialty IV

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with robust hands-on experience in billing development, customization, configuration, and production support. The candidate should have a good understanding of Oracle BRM billing functionality and experience developing and maintaining billing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle BRM billing applications and modules.
- Diagnose and resolve defects in billing, invoicing, rating, pricing, and payment processing.
- Implement approved enhancements, change requests, billing rules, rate plans, and integrations.
- Develop and customize Policy Opcodes, MTA applications, and Data Managers.
- Maintain integrations with CRM, payment gateways, general ledger, tax engines, and other downstream systems.
- Support product configuration, real-time rating, account management, customer registration, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Work on Pipeline Batch Rating, discounting, rated event processing, and usage loading.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot production issues affecting billing accuracy and system availability.
- Write and maintain PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release planning, and production deployments.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver billing enhancements and resolve technical issues.
- Follow coding standards, quality guidelines, and change-management processes in an Agile environment.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle BRM Billing Development experience.
- Experience with Oracle BRM 7.4 and/or 7.5.
- Strong knowledge of billing functionality, account management, invoicing, rating, pricing, payment processing, and accounts receivable.
- Experience with PCM, PIN Macros, Policy Opcodes, MTA applications, and custom Data Managers.
- Hands-on experience with product configuration, real-time rating, Pipeline Batch Rating, discounting, iScripts, REL (Rated Event Loader), and UEL (Usage Event Loader).
- Experience with BRM performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Pricing Center, Customer Center, Developer Center, and Payment Center.
- Experience writing PL/SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with BRM integrations and production support.

Good to Have

- Experience with Paymentech Server.
- Exposure to Billing Care UI (BCUI) development.
- Experience with RESTful services and API integrations.
- Experience working on customer-site BRM implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
