JOB SUMMARY

The Learning Management Auditor will audit training content, delivery records, assessments, and learner progress maintained in Zoho Learn. The role will ensure that technical, soft-skills, business-development-related, and core selling-skills training is accurate, complete, relevant, and effective, while identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Audit training modules and learning paths in Zoho Learn covering technical skills, soft skills, BD-related training, and core selling skills.
- Review training content for accuracy, completeness, clarity, relevance to job roles, and alignment with company processes and business objectives.
- Verify course structure, learning objectives, presentations, documents, videos, quizzes, assessments, and other learning resources uploaded to Zoho Learn.
- Monitor learner enrolment, attendance or participation records, course completion, assessment scores, and overdue training; flag gaps to relevant managers.
- Check that training materials, versions, ownership, review dates, and supporting resources are properly maintained and easy for employees to access.
- Collect and review learner feedback and assessment results to identify recurring knowledge or skill gaps and recommend refresher training where needed.
- Maintain an audit checklist and evidence trail; prepare periodic reports highlighting findings, risks, corrective actions, owners, and due dates.
- Follow up with trainers and department heads to confirm that identified gaps are corrected and that updated content is re-audited.
- Recommend improvements to course structure, assessments, learning paths, and reporting within Zoho Learn to strengthen training effectiveness.




- Audit BD training in particular, including prospecting, lead qualification, client communication, needs discovery, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing skills.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience Required

- 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, quality auditing, sales enablement, or a related role.

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Zoho Learn is preferred.
- Ability to review digital training content, quizzes, assessments, learning records, and completion reports.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and preparing structured audit reports; familiarity with CRM or sales processes is an advantage.

Soft Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- High attention to detail, objectivity, and a structured approach to reviewing information.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills when working with trainers, subject-matter experts, and BD teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Optional)

- Experience auditing sales training, onboarding programmes, technical training, or competency-based assessments; LMS or instructional-design certification is an advantage.
