Job Title: Data Engineer – Data Warehouse & Analytics

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to build, manage, and scale MARS Cosmetics' centralised data warehouse, creating a reliable foundation for analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain a scalable, centralised data warehouse.
- Integrate data from ERP, sales, distribution, e-commerce marketplaces, retail, and other business systems.
- Develop and automate ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable data ingestion and transformation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and availability.
- Design productive data models to support business reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Continuously optimise data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost.

Requirements:





- 4–8 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modelling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or Redshift.
- Experience with APIs, data integration, orchestration, and tools such as dbt or Airflow.
- Ability to independently architect, implement, and maintain production-grade data infrastructure.
- Experience integrating ERP, retail, or e-commerce data is preferred.
