We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claim Insurance Professional with at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing and management. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of insurance claim procedures, documentation, verification, and settlement processes, along with the ability to assess claims accurately and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, verify, and process insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and established procedures.
- Examine claim forms, supporting documents, and other relevant information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assess claim eligibility, validate coverage details, and identify discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, surveyors, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate claim processing.
- Monitor claim status and ensure timely follow-ups for pending documents, approvals, and settlements.
- Investigate irregularities, inconsistencies, or potential fraudulent claims and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate claim records, case notes,



and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Respond to customer queries regarding claim requirements, processing status, and settlement procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations, internal policies, and service-level timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve claim processing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
