Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – MEP to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The candidate will work closely with design engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and project execution teams to ensure coordinated, clash-free models and high-quality construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM tools.
- Model electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated services based on approved design drawings and specifications.
- Prepare coordinated layouts, sections, elevations, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and implement model updates based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, modeling standards, and naming conventions.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and model-based information as required.




- Coordinate with site execution teams to resolve discrepancies between BIM models and actual site conditions.
- Maintain model accuracy, drawing revisions, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the preparation of as-built models and handover documentation.

Technical Skills Required

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D-to-3D modelling workflows.
- Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/350/400, and BIM Execution Plans.
- Ability to interpret MEP design drawings, specifications, and coordinated layouts.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in data center, commercial building, hospital, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to high-density MEP services, equipment layouts, cable trays, electrical containment, HVAC piping and ducting, and plantroom coordination.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary design and construction teams.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical,
- Relevant BIM/Revit certification is an added advantage.
