Job Description
• Partner with global stakeholders to develop and implement new centralized processes for raw material data maintenance and document management.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of new processes across global Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation (RPD) teams.
• Support the development and implementation of new IT and AI solutions to automate and improve processes.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members within the newly established global raw material Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy and completeness for raw materials globally.
• Drive timely and efficient task completion in line with agreed service levels.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: regularly gather feedback from global RPD and R&D; teams, monitor CoE service performance and ensure transparent, consistent communication.
