Role Overview
As Manager Finance & Controllership, you will oversee the end-to-end finance function in a dynamic startup environment. You will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, compliance, audit management, process automation, and partnering with business teams to drive financial discipline and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Controllership: Lead month-end/year-end closing, maintain GL, ensure Ind AS compliance, manage fixed assets.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare MIS, analyze financial metrics, present insights.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), coordinate tax filings, support ROC/Companies Act compliances.
- Audit Management: Coordinate statutory/internal/tax audits, resolve audit queries.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, customer collections, reconciliations, and aging reports.
- Budgeting & FP&A;: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
- Internal Controls:



Develop SOPs, strengthen controls, implement improvements, ensure maker-checker processes.
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Prepare cash flow reports, monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, coordinate with banks.
- Startup & Investor Support: Prepare investor packs, support due diligence, maintain data room, track covenant compliance.
- ERP & Automation: Drive process automation, ERP utilization, dashboard creation, and workflow standardization.

Required Qualifications
- CA with 5 8+ years in Finance & Controllership
- Experience in startups, tech, SaaS, manufacturing, or deep-tech preferred
- Big 4 experience is a plus
