KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CAD Drawings & Engineering Support

- Prepare and revise CAD drawings, flooring layouts, typical sections, joint details, and other technical drawings in line with project requirements.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate drawing inputs between clients and the Technical Department.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings to reflect actual site execution, approved changes, and final installed details.

2. Quantity Estimation, BOQ & Costing Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications for flooring and associated works.

- Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material quantity estimates, rate analyses, and project cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the Technical and Procurement teams to validate material quantities, specifications, and costing inputs.

3. Project & As-Built Documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers to collect approved drawings, execution records, quality reports, measurements, and other relevant site information.
- Maintain drawing versions, revision records and project progress documentation in an organised and accessible manner.88

4. Technical Business Development & Client Engagement
- Engage with prospective clients, consultants, architects, designers,



and industrial owners across relevant sectors.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations to introduce FMG's flooring solutions.
- Build client relationships and follow up on enquiries, proposals and potential project opportunities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Prior experience is not mandatory. Candidates with exposure to CAD drafting, estimation, or project documentation will be preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing and revising engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings and prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses and cost estimates.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint for calculations, costing and technical documentation.
- Understanding construction methods, materials and civil engineering practices, with a willingness to learn industrial flooring systems.
- Valuable written and verbal communication, coordination, document-control, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for project-site visits, client meetings and technical coordination meetings as required.
