Learning Technology and Implementation SME Location: Bengalore Exp: 8+Yrs Role Overview:
The role will support learning platform operations, integrations, implementation of new functionalities, testing, content management, and reporting. It will also involve working with internal teams, technology partners, and vendors to resolve issues and improve learning operations.
Key Responsibilities: Support learning platform implementation, administration, and integrations.
Coordinate platform testing, releases, and issue resolution.
Manage learning content uploads, launches, and reporting.
Work with Capability CoE, Markets, vendors, and technology teams to deliver learning solutions.
Support process improvements, data quality, and operational efficiency.




Maintain process documentation and support ongoing platform enhancements. Tools and Technology: Workday Learning or Sana Labs
Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
Power BI or similar reporting tools
ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Key Skills: Knowledge of learning platforms and integrations.
Understanding of implementation, testing, and release management.
Positive troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with learning content management and reporting.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
