Title: Oracle HCM - Recruiting (ORC) & Talent Management Specialist Location: Remote Employment: Full-time Experience: Required 15+ years overall experience, including 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Joining Availability: Candidates should be able to join within 15 Days About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno- Functional Specialist with hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Talent Management. You will own functional configuration, enhancements, and production support across recruiting and talent processes, working closely with HR stakeholders and the HCM Lead / Solution Architect. The role requires practical experience across the recruitment lifecycle, performance management, goals, talent reviews, and succession planning, supported by solid testing and issue-resolution capabilities. Required Skills

- 15+ years of enterprise application experience, including 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Hands-on exposure to Redwood configuration, Visual Builder Studio, and page personalization.




- Hands-on configuration and support experience in both Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Talent Management.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle management, offers, and hiring processes.
- Experience with Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, and Succession Management.
- Understanding of Core HR structures, jobs, positions, worker data, and HCM security.
- Experience with quarterly release testing, production incident resolution, and Oracle service requests.
- Working knowledge of HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and functional integration requirements.
- Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and client communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Talent Management certification.
- Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and onboarding processes.
- Experience supporting multiple clients or business units in an AMS environment.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
