Job Overview

we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Operations & Permits Executive to manage aircraft flight permissions, coordinate with aviation authorities, and support smooth flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate landing permits, overflight permits, and other flight clearances for aircraft.

- Liaise with DGCA, MoCA, AAI, airport authorities, and relevant government departments.

- Verify aircraft and operator documentation, including registration, airworthiness, insurance, and operating approvals.

- Coordinate ground handling, FBO services, airport slots, Prior Permission Required (PPR), and aircraft parking.

- Monitor flight movements, schedules, delays, diversions, and operational changes.

- Maintain permit trackers, approval records, flight schedules, and operational documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, ground handlers,



and service providers.

- Assist with quotations, service confirmations, invoices, and billing documentation.

- Prepare operational updates and ensure proper shift handovers.

- Ensure compliance with applicable aviation procedures and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; aviation, travel, or logistics qualifications are preferred.

- 1 2 years of experience in flight operations, flight support, ground handling, permits, or charter operations preferred.

- Fresh graduates may be considered for a trainee position.

- Knowledge of landing and overflight permits and aviation documentation is an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
