Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel is hiring for Demi Chef de Partie (Pan Asian) in Jaipur. Support the hotel's Pan Asian kitchen with well-organised preparation, exact cooking and consistent presentation. This position works closely with senior chefs to keep the section ready for daily service.

Key responsibilities

- Support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen colleagues in daily mise en place, preparation and service for Pan Asian dishes.
- Prepare ingredients, stocks, sauces, garnishes and menu components to established kitchen specifications.
- Assist with wok, sauté, steaming, grilling and other relevant methods according to the assigned station.
- Monitor flavour balance, presentation, cooking temperatures and portion consistency before dishes leave the kitchen.
- Follow food safety, allergen handling, storage, labelling, rotation and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate prep requirements, handovers and service delays with colleagues and supervisors.
- Reduce food waste and help maintain accurate stock use and clean, safe work areas.

Skills and experience

- Professional kitchen experience and familiarity with Pan Asian preparation and service are valuable.
