Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the Domestic and PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) market. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, expanding the distribution network, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain business relationships with pharmaceutical distributors, stockists, wholesalers, retailers, and PCD franchise partners.

- Identify and acquire recent customers and business opportunities in domestic and PCD markets.

- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and product range to prospective clients.

- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into business partners.

- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure long-term business relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, order processing, and timely delivery.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.





- Support the development and expansion of the PCD franchise network across assigned territories.

- Prepare sales reports, customer databases, and regular business updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing will be preferred.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, domestic business development, or the PCD pharma market.

- Positive understanding of pharmaceutical products, distribution channels, and PCD franchise operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Strong customer acquisition and business development abilities.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development, if required.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing, domestic sales, distributor management, or PCD franchise development will be preferred.
