Key responsibilities

- Welcome guests professionally and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local arrangements.
- Support check-in, check-out, reservation verification and room-allocation procedures under hotel policy.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests with discretion and escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, guest relations, security and other departments on room readiness and guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records, cash-handling controls and shift handovers where assigned.
- Respect confidentiality when handling guest information, identification and payment details.
- Contribute to service recovery and follow up on unresolved requests to support guest satisfaction.

Skills and experience

- Previous experience in hotel front office or other guest-facing hospitality operations is valuable.
