Key Responsibilities:

? Final checking & verifying of all types civil and finishing works and ensuring that all

Contractual terms are been implemented / attended.

? Co-ordination with Consultants for smooth progress of works and timely resolving of

drawing issues.

? Co- ordination with various contractors at appropriate time for project works

? Co- ordination with internal departments for smooth handling of various work fronts

and material issues.

? Certifications of Contractors claim & Bills, BBS ,measurement sheets etc

? Certification of Reconciliations claimed by contractor.

? MIS reporting - daily, weekly & monthly reports etc.

? Coordination with MEP Team for the work front at various stages.





? Leading and Guiding the Junior Site team for Progress of works.

? Identifying and reporting the bottle necks of the project well in advance to Management

? Completion of all Activities as scheduled

? Maintaining best in quality in execution , avoiding any reworks

? Prior Intimation to Contracts/Procurement team regarding requirement of

Contractor/Material as per the construction schedule and site requirement.

? External Audits of Quality and Safety

? Maintaining Proper documents regarding Consultant reports, Liasoning Certificates,

Quality Reports and Safety Reports.
