Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of all materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical materials.
- Control slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP records and investigate variances.

Warehouse Operations

- Manage RM, PM, FG, Engineering Stores, and Consumables.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage conditions.
- Maintain proper material identification, segregation, and traceability.
- Ensure safe material handling and stacking practices.

ERP and Documentation

- Ensure all transactions are recorded in ERP (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle).
- Monitor GRN, material issues, transfers, stock adjustments, and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain statutory and audit records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Production Support

- Ensure timely availability of materials to production and packing lines.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, QA, and Production teams.
- Support current product launches and trial material management.




- Monitor reservation and allocation of materials against production plans.

Team Management

- Lead warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and contract manpower.
- Plan manpower deployment and shift operations.
- Conduct training on SOPs, safety, and inventory practices.
- Drive discipline and productivity within the stores team.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRCS, ISO, and company procedures.
- Implement warehouse safety standards and 5S practices.
- Ensure adherence to EHS requirements and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive inventory reduction initiatives.
- Improve storage utilization and warehouse efficiency.
- Implement Kaizen and cost-saving projects.
- Reduce stock discrepancies and transaction delays.
