Job Summary

We are hiring hardworking, responsible, and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Food Delivery Bike Rider in Qatar. Candidates interested in working in the food delivery industry are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting food orders from restaurants and delivering them to customers safely and on time. The role offers a fixed monthly salary along with commission and performance-based incentives, subject to the employer's terms and conditions.

Company-provided accommodation is available. However, the company does not provide a joining air ticket.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect food orders from restaurants and deliver them safely and on time.

- Ensure accurate delivery to the designated customer addresses.

- Follow company delivery procedures and customer service standards.

- Use smartphones, GPS, and navigation applications to locate delivery destinations.

- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in positive working condition.

- Follow Qatar traffic laws and road safety regulations.

- Communicate professionally with customers, restaurant staff, and supervisors.

- Maintain punctuality and achieve assigned delivery targets.





- Handle customer orders responsibly and report delivery-related issues promptly.

Salary: 33,924 INR Per Month

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Food Delivery Bike Rider
Age: Below 35 years.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing delivery duties.
Driving Licence: Must be willing to obtain the required Qatar motorcycle driving licence.
Technical Skills: Ability to use smartphones, GPS, and navigation applications.
Personal Attributes: Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
Work Flexibility: Willing to work versatile shifts according to operational requirements.

Benefits Before Obtaining the Qatar Driving Licence
• Food Allowance: QAR 300 per month
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
During the pre-licence period, candidates will receive the above allowance and accommodation
in accordance with company policy.

B. After Obtaining the Qatar Driving Licence
• Basic Salary: QAR 1,000 per month
• Food Allowance: QAR 300 per month
• Total Fixed Monthly Cash Compensation: QAR 1,300
• Commission: Additional commission based on delivery performance and company policy.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company.

C. Additional Order-Based Incentives
• After completing 400 orders, riders will be eligible for an additional incentive of QAR 2 per
order, subject to the company’s incentive policy.
• Riders can increase their earnings through delivery performance and applicable commissions
and incentives
