**About the Role**

We are looking for an energetic, client-focused professional to grow our mutual fund, insurance, and other financial services business. The role involves finding prospective clients, arranging meetings, following up on enquiries, and building long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and arrange discussions with the appropriate advisor.
- Explain mutual fund, insurance, and other service offerings using company-approved information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support them through account opening, applications, and documentation.
- Develop business opportunities across SIPs, mutual funds, life insurance, health insurance, and other services offered by the firm.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve agreed monthly targets for client meetings, new business, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the operations team for timely client servicing.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical sales practices, without making misleading promises or return guarantees.

**Candidate Profile**

- Graduate in any discipline; commerce, finance, or marketing preferred.
- Preferably 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services. Confident freshers may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable with calling, client meetings, field sales, and regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and Whats App Business.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and focused on building client trust.
- Relevant financial product certifications will be an advantage.
