Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an Analyst in the team. Working as an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

•Resource Management for the assigned team.•Publishing daily/weekly reports on Availability, Utilization, and varying business needs.•Ensuring that resources are optimally utilised and yearly targets are met.•Leaves and Trainings Management – scheduling and deployment of non-chargeable hours .•Availability Management – Actively keeping resources utilized to cater ongoing/ ad-hoc booking requests•Actively connecting with stakeholders to discuss business needs and getting them resolved.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.•Additional certifications (if any)

Work experience

•One to two years in relevant industry.
