Territory Business Manager

Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of the local market and will work closely with DSAs, branch banking teams, vendors to acquire new customers. The role also includes cross-selling banking products, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring continuous process improvement and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

- - Drive team productivity and create value for stakeholders.
- Leverage local market knowledge.
- Understand client businesses and offer suitable products like machinery/equipment loans and infrastructure funding.
- Collaborate with DSAs, branch banking teams, and vendors for customer acquisition.




- Cross-sell products such as Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, promoters).
- Grow the assigned portfolio in terms of book size and profitability.
- Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Working Capital, SBE, SME/MSME Banking, or Financial Services.
- Thorough understanding of banking products, processes, and business financing solutions.
- Experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
