Role Summary

Lead the development and delivery of machine learning and advanced analytics solutions, turning complex data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with Azure, Dataiku, Snowflake, and Databricks for analytics and model development.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.

- Ability to work with large and complex datasets and translate business problems into analytical solutions.

- Develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive machine learning models.

- Collect, analyze, cleanse, transform, and model data to identify trends and support business decisions.

- Lead end-to-end development of machine learning and analytics opportunities, from early exploration through deployment.





- Apply advanced and predictive analytics techniques to build models that improve business performance.

- Perform complex statistical analysis using data mining, modelling, and testing techniques.

- Ensure reliability and quality of productionised analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers and data architecture teams to build scalable and reliable data platforms and products.

- Recommend improvements to data and analytics systems, platforms, and processes.
