Responsibilities:

- HubSpot Mastery: Utilize your extensive knowledge of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub to develop and execute strategic plans for clients.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure HubSpot settings and customize workflows to align with each client’s go-to-market process.
- Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot, including deduplication, data quality rules, and portal migrations from other platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo).
- Lead Management: Design lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and lead routing frameworks, and build nurture programs that move leads from first touch to sales-ready.
- Reporting and Attribution: Build funnel, pipeline, and attribution reporting that ties marketing activity to revenue, and translate the results into recommendations for clients.
- Integrations: Lead HubSpot integrations with CRMs and other tools, especially HubSpot–Salesforce sync (field mapping, sync rules, troubleshooting), using native apps, middleware (Zapier, n8n, custom), or APIs with developer support.




- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members using HubSpot, ensuring they maximize its capabilities.
- Compliance: Ensure marketing systems meet data protection and email regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM), including consent and subscription management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our HubSpot strategies.
- Client Leadership: Lead discovery sessions and portal audits, scope work, and contribute to proposals and statements of work.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior technical point of contact for client marketing, sales, and RevOps leaders.
- Mentoring and QA: Mentor junior specialists, review their builds, and set quality standards for delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and handover materials for every client portal.

Requirements

- 4+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or CRM administration, with at least 3 years hands-on in HubSpot.
- Proven experience building complex HubSpot setups, including lifecycle design, lead scoring, custom objects, and CRM integrations.
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures, APIs, and webhooks, with the confidence to troubleshoot integration and data issues.
- Strong grasp of B2B marketing funnels and how marketing operations drives pipeline and revenue.
- Client-facing experience, including explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple client projects at once and prioritizing under deadlines.

Nice to Have:

- HubSpot Certifications - Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and CMS Hubs
- Salesforce or Marketo admin experience
- Basic JavaScript or Python for custom-coded workflow actions
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI) for reporting beyond HubSpot
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. HubSpot Breeze) to speed up builds or reporting.
