Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, utilities, and operational planning.

- Ensure achievement of production targets, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.

- Monitor plant performance, optimize manufacturing costs, and improve productivity.

- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, applicable statutory requirements, and company policies.

- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, Stores, and other departments.

- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, waste reduction, and operational excellence.

- Ensure effective manpower planning, team development, and performance management.

- Maintain equipment reliability and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Implement systems to minimize downtime, reduce process losses, and improve plant profitability.

- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
