Designation: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Thaltej ,Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Mapping & Lead Generation: Identify and map all soft/hard ferrite core manufacturers, transformer producers, and inductor manufacturers across India.
- Technical Sales Consultation: Act as a technical bridge between the client’s engineering/R&D; teams and our internal manufacturing/product development units. Understand client specifications regarding permeability, frequency response, and core loss.
- Sampling & Product Qualification: Manage the critical product evaluation lifecycle. Arrange product samples, oversee client testing/trials, troubleshoot technical issues during evaluation, and successfully secure product approvals.
- Account & Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial cold outreach to price negotiation, order closure, payment collection, and post-sales support.
- Channel Management: Coordinate with local distributors, warehouses,



and logistics partners to ensure timely supply chain fulfillment for clients.
- Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and upcoming technological shifts (such as EV powertrain adaptations) in the Indian electronics market.

Requirements & Skills:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical stream.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, industrial raw materials, or specialty chemical sectors.
- Robust understanding of magnetic materials, electronic components, or powder metallurgy is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel for pipeline tracking.
- Willingness to travel frequently across key industrial clusters in India
