- Inward stock from the warehouses and vendors into the store as per defined timelines and process
- Conduct PI and GC as per the schedule and share findings with the relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and report transit loss, stock damage and discrepancy (GIT reconciliation)
- Perform cash audits as per defined norms
- Plan and conduct season stock takes
- Analyze the negative stock inventory at the stores and share with the relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and verify the click and collect transactions with specific reference to stock
- Undertake non trade consumption analysis and share with relevant stakeholders
- Train the store team on the inventory process (inward, outward, audit, etc.)
- Manage and guide the team to deliver on the job
