Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and patient-friendly Clinic Receptionist to manage the day-to-day functioning of a well-established clinic in Juhu, Mumbai.

Working Hours

- 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Six days a week, Monday to Saturday
- Sunday off

Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic’s appointment calendar.
- Attending telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
- Explaining appointment procedures and assisting patients with new case consultations and follow-up visits.
- Dispensing prescribed medicines and explaining to patients how to take them, as instructed by the physician.
- Collecting consultation fees and maintaining accurate records of all receipts and payments in the clinic’s software.
- Using the clinic’s software for appointments, billing, and record-keeping.
- Ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.




- Managing clinic supplies and other logistical requirements.
- Providing courteous, efficient, and professional service to patients.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use software for appointments, billing, and accounting.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude.
- A pleasant, patient, and professional manner when dealing with patients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
