Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT leader to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations while ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and business continuity.

Location: Ahmedabad
Work Mode: WFO (5 days)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, endpoints, Windows/Linux, virtualization, and hybrid environments.

- Administer Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Oversee enterprise networking, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, and connectivity.

- Lead cybersecurity, IAM, MFA, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, security audits, and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.

- Manage IT operations, service desk, SLAs, ITIL processes, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

- Drive IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, automation,



budgeting, procurement, licensing, and cost optimization.

- Lead technical teams, manage vendors, and coordinate with business and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

- Solid hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and hybrid-cloud environments.

- Proven experience in IT governance, compliance, risk management, budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership.

- Experience in IT services, software development, or product engineering environments.

Preferred Certifications:

- Azure Administrator/Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL, or CCSP.
