Financial Reporting

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

Maintain records in compliance with accounting standards and statutory

requirements.

Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure monthly/quarterly reports are submitted on

time.

KPI: Accuracy of reports, adherence to deadlines, compliance with standards.

2. Accounts Receivable Management

Track and collect outstanding payments from clients.

Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue accounts.

Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing.

KPI : Percentage of overdue accounts resolved, reduction in overdue payments.

3. Accounts Payable Management

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Maintain positive relationships with suppliers by avoiding payment delays.

Monitor cash outflows to support liquidity.

KPI: Timeliness of vendor payments, accuracy of payable records.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting

Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor actuals vs. budget and highlight variances.





Provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.

KPI: Accuracy of forecasts, variance analysis reports.

5. Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure adherence to tax laws, GST, and statutory filings.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

KPI: Number of compliance issues, audit findings resolved.

6. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor daily cash balances and optimize working capital.

Coordinate with banks for transactions and reconciliations.

Ensure liquidity for operational needs.
