The Junior Accountant supports the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to develop a career in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:-

1) Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.

2) Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

3) Prepare and reconcile bank statements and account balances.

4) Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

5) Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.

6) Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

8) Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments.
