Job Title: Nursing Staff ( Nursing / GNM / ANM)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care and assist with daily nursing activities.

2. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in health conditions.

3. Assist doctors and senior nursing staff in patient care and treatment procedures.

4. Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as per qualification, training, and medical instructions.

5. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

6. Ensure proper hygiene, patient safety, and infection control practices.

7. Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.

8. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.

9. Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.
