Job Description: B2B Sales Executive

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full time, On-site

Experience Required: 0 to 3 years in Electronics B2B sales

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to manage and convert business leads from online B2B platforms. You will pitch electronics and electrical products to business buyers, handle pricing discussions, and close deals, while also supporting our digital and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, follow up on, and convert leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Justdial.

Handle inbound B2B sales enquiries and respond to buyers promptly and professionally.

Conduct outbound and follow-up telecalling to generate and nurture business leads.

Pitch electronics and electrical products to dealers, contractors, OEMs, and other business customers.

Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in a tracker or CRM.

Support digital and social media marketing activities, such as product posts and catalogue updates, to generate more enquiries.

Keep product listings on B2B portals updated and optimized.





Meet monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.

Requirements

0 to 3 years of B2B sales experience in the electronics or electrical industry.

Hands-on knowledge of operating IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Justdial (lead management, listings, buyer responses).

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi, with the confidence to handle business buyers.

Good negotiation, pricing, and closing skills.

Basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, , and WhatsApp Business.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of electronic components, electrical goods, or related product categories.

Experience with CRM tools and quotation preparation.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
