Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Salary: Up to 30,000/-

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities for transformer manufacturing materials.

• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials, components, and spare parts.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.

• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with the Stores, Production, Accounts, and Quality departments.

• Verify purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and material specifications.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and other documentation in Excel/ERP.

• Monitor material costs, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.





• Ensure the availability of raw materials and electrical components as per production requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; Electrical or Mechanical background preferred.

• Experience: 3 years in Purchase / Procurement, preferably in transformer manufacturing or the electrical industry.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, vendor management, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.

• Valuable negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
