Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Take ownership of your assigned section and ensure a seamless guest

experience, from welcoming and seating guests to ensuring their satisfaction throughout the

meal and bidding them farewell.

• Menu Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients,

preparation methods, portion sizes and recommendations, to confidently guide guests.

• Upselling & Revenue Generation: Recommend in-house specials, signature dishes,

beverages and add-ons to enhance the guest experience and increase average spend.

• Section Management: Manage your assigned tables efficiently, ensuring timely order taking,

accurate communication with the kitchen and prompt service.

• Teamwork: Work seamlessly with fellow service staff, kitchen colleagues and management

to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

• Service Standards: Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, table presentation and

professional conduct.

• Guest Feedback: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and escalate issues to the

manager whenever required.
