Job Description for Production:

Production (Assembly & Line Operations)

Emphasis: Assembly throughput, wiring harness precision, and tact-time adherence.

● Mechanical & Electrical Line Assembly: Hands-on experience with pneumatic torque tools, multi-spindle tighteners, frame mounting, suspension, swingarms, and hub/mid-drive motors.

● Wiring Harness & Connectors: Proficiency with high-current terminal connections, IP67 waterproof connector routing, pin-outs, and cable strain relief.

● Battery Pack Installation: Understanding safe physical handling, mechanical mounting, and connector mating for high-voltage battery packs.

● Process Discipline: Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain line Takt time, and avoid line stoppage.

● Leadership Potential:



Experience in training junior associates, managing line balancing, or acting as a Shift Line Lead.
