Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Support: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, workstations, printers, and office equipment.

• Network & Connectivity: Troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).

• System Security: Enforce data security policies, manage two-factor authentication, apply system patches, and monitor for unauthorized access.

• User & Asset Management: Handle user accounts, track IT asset inventory, and provide technical helpdesk support to departments.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external service providers and ISPs for specialized repairs, upgrades, or system rollouts.
