? Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Executive Manager to lead and coordinate team activities, support recruitment and hiring processes, monitor team progress, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

? Work Mode

Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO) options available

Working Hours:9:30 AM to 6:00 PM ⏰

? Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively. ?

Handle hiring and recruitment activities as per organizational requirements. ?

Coordinate day-to-day team activities and monitor progress. ?

Support the team in achieving assigned goals and targets. ?

Guide and assist new team members during the onboarding process. ?

Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities. ✅

Ensure smooth coordination and effective execution of daily operations. ⚙️
