Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations & P&L; Management

P&L; Responsibility: Oversee the branch’s financial performance, manage operational budgets, control expenses, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Daily Operations: Manage all daily branch workflows, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, cash management, and facility maintenance to ensure clean, safe, and efficient operations.

Quality & Process Control: Enforce company standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and local statutory regulations across all daily activities.

Team Leadership & Development

Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, schedule, and lead a high-performing branch team (sales representatives, customer service staff, inventory/back-office personnel).

Performance Management: Set transparent individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance evaluations, offer coaching, and address performance or attendance issues constructively.

Training & Culture: Foster a positive, goal-oriented team environment; organize continuous training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.





Customer Service & Sales Strategy

Customer Retention: Build strong local customer relationships, resolve high-level customer complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Local Marketing & Business Growth: Implement local marketing initiatives, promotional events, and proactive community engagement strategies to drive walk-in traffic and expand client reach.

Inventory & Asset Control: Conduct regular stock audits, monitor shrinkage/loss prevention, and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely inventory replenishment.
