Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and offer status.

Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Support background verification, documentation, and joining formalities.

Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.





0-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms.

Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems.

Number of positions closed within the required timeline.

Time-to-hire and recruitment turnaround time.

Quality of shortlisted and hired candidates.

Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
