A leading global EdTech company is looking for a result-driven Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team in Bangalore.

? Core Mission

Engage with potential learners, qualify their profile, build robust interest in our professional programs, and book Video Counselling (VC) sessions to drive enrollments.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Connect with leads daily via an auto-dialer system.

• Profiling & Qualification: Assess learner profiles, needs, and program eligibility.

• VC Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate schedules to book high-conversion VC sessions.

• CRM Management: Maintain highly accurate, real-time pipeline documentation.

? Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2+ years in EdTech sales (Study Abroad experience is a major plus).

• Stability:



Minimum 1 continuous year spent with a single employer.

• Track Record: Proven history of consistently smashing individual sales targets.

• Education: Minimum Graduate degree completed.

? Daily KPIs

• ? 300 mins+ daily talk time.

• ?️ 5 qualified VC sessions booked per day.

• ? Connect with 80% of assigned leads daily.
