Job Summary Weare seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.

• Build robust relationships with clients and candidates.

• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and trackers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,

Business Administration,

Psychology, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.





Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

• Interviewing and candidate assessment skils.
