We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible BPO Associate to join our Non-Voice Process team, with a focus on medical transcription, typing, data entry, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical information from audio or written sources, preparing and formatting medical reports, and reviewing documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors. Candidates should have good English grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and robust written communication skills. Good typing speed and accuracy are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors. Basic knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and computer applications such as MS Word and Excel will be an added advantage. The candidate must be able to follow standard operating procedures, maintain patient and company information confidentiality, achieve daily productivity and quality targets, and complete assigned tasks within the required turnaround time.



Candidates should be comfortable working on repetitive documentation tasks and should have the ability to work independently as well as as part of a team. Freshers with good typing, English grammar, and computer skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in medical transcription, healthcare BPO, non-voice processes, data entry, proofreading, or documentation will be preferred. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, may be required depending on business requirements. Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, discipline, and continuous learning is expected.
