The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through telephone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products or services.
Generate current leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convince prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager to achieve business goals.
