Vacancy: SAP FICO Trainer / Faculty

We are currently searching for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SAP FICO Trainer / Faculty to join our

training team at IT Accurate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP Finance (FI)

and Controlling (CO) training to students and working professionals, covering both theory and practical,

hands-on sessions. You will play a key role in ensuring that every learner becomes job-ready and confident

in SAP FICO concepts.

Responsibilities and Duties

The SAP FICO Trainer / Faculty is expected to:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)

modules.

• Teach FI topics such as Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting.

• Cover CO topics such as Cost Element, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders and Product Costing.

• Explain Master Data, Document Posting, Payment Run, Month-End and Year-End Closing with real-time

examples.

• Explain integration of FICO with MM, SD and other SAP modules.

• Provide practical exposure through live SAP system demonstrations and assignments.

• Prepare training material, notes, assignments and test papers for students.

• Monitor student progress, conduct doubt-clearing sessions and evaluate performance.

• Guide students on interview preparation, resume building and placement readiness.





• Keep training content updated as per current industry standards and SAP updates.

• Coordinate with the academic and placement team for smooth batch operations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or related field ( / / MBA Finance / CA Inter /

ICWA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module and its integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).

• Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST) and financial reporting.

• Freshers with SAP FICO certification or training are welcome; up to 3 years of experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.

• Good leadership, patience and student-handling skills.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements

• SAP FICO certification (SAP Certified Application Associate) is an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
