Job Responsibilities

⠂ Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products.

⠂ Explain product features, benefits and eligibility criteria.

⠂ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

⠂ Handle customer queries, objections and follow-up calls.

⠂ Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of financial products.

⠂ Maintain customer records and achieve assigned sales targets.
