Position : Customer Service Executive

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, generating and managing leads, providing information about MTK IT Service, conducting follow-ups, coordinating with internal managers and maintaining accurate records of all inquiries and conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead management & Follow-Up classify leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.

Continuously test and refine DM outreach scripts, opening hooks, and value propositions to improve response rates and conversion efficiency.

Maintain strict follow-up schedules with high-intent prospects

Handle customer queries and requirements.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, & resolution in CRM and operational systems.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 0-2 yr (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

Positive English and Hindi verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good Listening and persuasion abilities.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
