About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Service & Spares Department. The candidate should have solid technical skills in data management and reporting, along with an understanding of automobile manufacturing and service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports specific to the Service Department (service requests, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, cost analysis)

• Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Dashboards) for service performance analysis

• Track and report on service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, spare parts usage, manpower efficiency)

• Coordinate with service teams to collect, validate,



and consolidate operational data

• Maintain documentation and service records in MS Word and other tools

• Provide insights to management for improving service quality and efficiency

Key Skills:

✔ Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for service data analysis

✔ Knowledge of MS Word for documentation and reporting

✔ Understanding of automobile manufacturing and service processes

✔ Analytical mindset with attention to detail

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
