We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Sarita Vihar, Delhi. This full-time position is office-based and is open to male candidates only.

In this role, the Human Resource Executive will have various responsibilities, including assisting in the recruitment and selection process for key roles such as quality analysts, sales trainers, and assistant managers. You will be engaged in daily HR operations, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and evaluating candidates for various positions.

- Managing HR-related documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

- Assisting in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with on-boarding new employees.

The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.



You should be proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools. A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will be essential for this position.

Additionally, the job requires fieldwork occasionally, so a valid driver's license may be advantageous. Working hours will be standard office hours, with weekdays as working days and weekends off.
