Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: You will guide passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim processes, ensuring that they receive all necessary information and support.

2. Baggage Handling: You will manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring that all bags are correctly tagged and transported safely to their destination.

3. Check-in Operations: You will operate check-in counters, verify travel documents, and check in passengers using computerized systems, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

4. Customer Service: You will address passenger inquiries and concerns, providing timely information and support to enhance their travel experience.

5. Coordination with Airlines:



You will work closely with airline staff and other ground personnel to ensure that all operations are performed smoothly and according to schedule.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a 12TH / graduate and preferably possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
