Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in BPO bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment to manage high-volume hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interview drives, walk-ins, and mass hiring campaigns.

Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve recruitment targets and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition,



with proven bulk hiring experience.

Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Ability to handle high-volume hiring targets within tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Willingness to work from the Thane location.
